Job Title:   Front Desk Attendant/Assistant Camp Coordinator                                            

Status:  Part-Time/Seasonal

                                              

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Greet and check in all members, guests, sports skills and camp participants, presenting a positive first impression

  • Be a positive extension of the Griffin Elite Sports & Wellness Family

  • Responsible for point of sale items and serve as liaison for membership packages with management

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Perform opening and closing procedures for the facility, if assigned those shifts

  • Accurately represent our mission statement with each interaction you have with a client, his/her family members, and spectators

  • Coordinate camp participants

  • Supervise and instruct a group of campers

  • Ensure safety and well-being of campers

  • Serve as a positive role model

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  •  

Highly motivated and display a positive demeanor

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

An understanding of sports and wellness operations

Be flexible, willing to cover or back-up shifts when necessary

Availability to work days, evening, and weekends as necessary

  •  

     

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Have experience in customer service

  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications must be on file

 

It is understood that the employee will perform additional job-related duties as requested by immediate supervisor or other management staff.
